a build for my friend

my friend is wanting to upgrade from a rather bad laptop to a desktop with the power to push games on higher settings. he has around £440 this may seen like a tight budget but he has already got the cpu and the mobo this is just for the other parts. he is in need of a keyboard and a monitor but not a copy of windows.

i would prefer if it was all found of novatech or amazon so they can all be bought at the same time

Actually that's a pretty solid build if he already has the cpu and motherboard, i personally wouldn't change a thing

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

Peripherals: Logitech G19 and SteelSeries Sensei RAW

Toshiba L50-A: i7 4700mq, 8gb, 1TB HDD, GT 740M 2gb

i do not know the exact mobo but it was very cheap and the cpu is an i5 3550. another friend is selling this to him for £60

I have never heard of novatech which is an alarm bell for me, but due to it having a bronze rating it can't be completely horrible, otherwise looks ok.

Save some cash and get a 500w power supply instead, it will be fine
