Possible GPU issue

I bought my laptop 4 months ago and now I keep getting these "pixelisations", (not often, every other day) which disappear after moving the window/typing something.

 

If it's a firmware issue, has anyone resolved this by updating their bios or are there any other approaches to resolving this?

  

Laptop: LENOVO Legion Y530-15ICH
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050
