Hi - If you take someones video down through copyright strike. Will the person that got reported see my email/ and my full name when the videos get taken down?

Im pretty sure I heard that they will have to provide the person with contact details of the copy right holder. Because legally copy right infringement at least in the US, can carry civil or criminal penalties.
