Location not available

My computer has been running fine until one day I tried to open a program and the shortcut was unavailable so I tried to go into the drive and this pops up. I reset my pc and it started working fine but now this keeps happening any tips on what could be causing this problem?

I cannot even go into the (D:) drive as well the only one that works is (C:)

Is those externals? the system reserved should not show up there the local disk E probs is external if so try another cable if internal same thing try another sata cable and sata port (if it's m.2 try another slot if you have one)
