Hi i have a question what is the best settings for malwarebytes 4.1.2 to find all malwares, viruses, ransomware and other malicious software PS it's on a gamer pc

Default settings are fine. Keep in mind that there is no single program that can remove every malicious application. Some malware you'll need to manually remove and kill with Autoruns from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns.

But what about if i have a trojan

If MalwareBytes picked up the trojan, it likely removed it. You could also try SUPERAntiSpyware from https://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE. Otherwise, a trojan is not immune from showing up in Autoruns.
