Is RX Vega 64 Good For deep learning ?

No. None of the AMD cards are supported by the big ML/DL frameworks.

 

You may want to give ROCm, but performance is awful (to the point where a Radeon VII performs worse than my 2060S), and it's a PITA to get it working.
