0xc0000098 error when starting up

Every time I start up my pc, I get the error code 0xc0000098. I have tried countless fixes, none of them work please help me.

Can you tell how it happened?

 

Would suggest changing boot drive

My ps4 controller kept disconnecting so i restarted my pc and the error appeared when trying to boot up
