Hi, I am looking for some quick advice. I found this 2in1 hp from Best Buy for a decent price and was wondering what the performance specs were like. For background, I already have a gaming desktop that is capable of running anything actually demanding. For a laptop all I really need is something that can surf the web comfortably and watch Netflix and Youtube videos... Will the Intel Core i3-1005G1 be sufficient for this? I'm guessing the answer is yes but just wanted to get another opinion before pulling the trigger.

Thanks!

Depends on what?

In whether you need a good CPU or not. The intel models of the Envy are not great. That i3 and the optional i5 are heavily power and thermal limited. Thr laptop itself is good but the Ryzen 4000 models are MUCH better as they run cooler, quieter, faster and with longer battery life due to the far more efficient 7nm AMD CPUs
