2 Ryzen/Radeon systems with the same problem

Sorry this is so long...

Hi I have 2 systems, one a Ryzen 5 3600 on a Gigabyte Aorus Pro B450i motherboard, and a Radeon RX 5700xt.  The second is a Ryzen 5 1600 on a MSI B450i Gaming Plus ac, and a Radeon R9 Nano.  I just built both, first one is a friend's, the second is mine.  All stock, using AMD 20.7.2 drivers.  Whenever I run Unigine Heaven, or try to start say Final Fantasy XV, the computer black screens and restarts.  All temps are good, and I can't find any information online.  It started with the first system a few weeks ago when I built it, and thought maybe I got a bad 5700xt, but now that it has happened to a second system with different hardware, I'm at a loss and don't know where to turn.  Please help if you can, let me know if there is anything I can provide to give you more context.  I would also be willing to mail my system to you if it's something that might make good content.  I'm desperate!  Thank you and you're team for everything you all do for the Tech Community, and keep the videos coming!!!

What version of Windows is each computer running? (search "winver" in the start menu and post screenshot)

Windows 10 build 2004 has been giving me similar problems that seem to be a some sort of hardware error, but I haven't definitively pinned it down yet.

Both are on Windows build 2004.  Should I try going back to the build before that?  I did use the same USB install drive for both systems.  Also, the 5700xt system has a 750w evga 80+ bronze, and the r9 Nano has a Corsair CX430M PSU.  Both 16 gb 3000 ram.

Might want a little more than that... R9 Nanos are pretty high TDP comparitively.

Ok, I will try that! Ya I know the 430w isn't the best, but it's what I have till I can get a new one.  Just used the PSU that I had in the system I upgraded. Thank you so much for a quick response.  I'll post an update when I can try that

So I've installed Windows 10 1909 and the newest 20.7.2 drivers and it still did the same thing.  I ran Occt and it crashes almost instantly when I run everything at stock, if I drop the card down to 500mhz, it will get through the first test and instantly crash on the second.  Could I have a bad PSU, or will having things like A/C's going on the same circuit cause it to malfunction by pulling power away from the computer?

Both are possibilities.

Either this is a power issue, or the GPU(s) is going bad.

So a quick update.  I replaced the PSU in the Ryzen 5 1600 with a 700w PSU and everything seems to be working great.  Good call on that, I installed Windows 1909 on the other system and it runs OCCT without any crashing now, but Heaven benchmark still crashes, and I can't load any games.  I've updated the bios on the motherboard to the newest, and have the newest drivers installed.  I'm at a loss.
