pc restarts while playing games

hello everyone! my pc keeps restarting while playing rocket league and other games but mainly RL noticed it happens almost everytime i get demoed (someone rams me and my car explodes). first time it happened was playing assassins creed odyssey. it restarts without warning no blue screen just black screen then i hear it post. any idea what it could be? tried going into windows logs and doesn't seem to show anything either im stumped please help!

 

pc specs 

Windows 10 pro 64bit

cpu: i7 7700k

cpu cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo 

psu: thermaltake tr2 700w

mobo: z170a gaming m5

gpu: evga superclocked 2 gtx 1080

ram: 2x8 -16gb gskill 3200

 

also dont know if this help or would cause any problem but running 2 monitor setup plus a 4k tv rarely use all 3 tho just for movies

why would you say that? been running with it for roughly 2 yrs no problems before, i have had it for a while tho it was my psy in my older pc before this one, and if i were to upgrade any recommendations ?
