Gpu upgrade

Looking to upgrade my faithfull gtx970. Running a ryzen 5 3600 on b450 aorus elite and 16gb corsair vengeance rgb pro. Budget of around £400 gbp. Been looking at gtx 1080. Rtx 2060 or rx5700xt. Whats the best overall. Price to performance, power usage, noise, etc. Any advice apreciated.

5700 XT is going to run you £360. Did you mean 5600 XT? That's more in line with the other two options anyways. As @5x5 mentioned, a 5700 XT blows the others away, so it's not really even a question.
