I have a Pure Rock 150W TDP

Is it enough for Ryzen 5 3600(with an overclock) somethin' like 4.2GHZ

Will it hold it under 80C?

That should be fine.

 

I would still highly recommend running the memtesthelper program.

I don't see a difference.. I think it's just the CPU not good enough for these kinds of games....

and also my PC is more stable now because turns out.. it wasn't...
