Water 3.0 performer software

I was building a gaming computer for my sister and I ended up going with a water 3.0 performer for the cpu cooler. It said it came with control software however it didnt and in further examination thermaltake doesn't help anyone who asks for it. So does anyone know where I can get this software?

Does it say on the box that it comes with the software?

It should be on the website nvm the performer doesn't have software control
