I am not sure if the existing fans are showing their age or what but 2/3 on my radiators have a decent high pitched whine under load (identified by unplugging the fans one at a time) and I was hoping to just replace all 3x120mm fans.So I have been doing a bit of research on fan choices and everyone seems to suggest the NF-F12, which is cool but I am not putting a brown fan in my O11D XL. I was looking at the Chromax fans but they are around 75 CAD per fan right now for some reason. I could go with the NF-F12 iPPC 3k RPM fans and PWM them down to a reasonable RPM for less than 50 CAD per fan as one possibility. I am not super concerned with RGB or anything on the fans more worried about them being reasonably quiet and good performance mounted on a Rad. Both the 240mm rad (Top) and the 120mm (Rear) rad are mounted as exhausts and I have 3 intake 120mm (Side) and 2 intake 140s (Bottom) that I run relatively slow but they seem to generate decent positive pressure in the case even with dust filters on the intakes. I plan to replace the the MoBo/CPU/Ram and GPU when Ryzen 4000 series launches and possibly build a custom loop that I will likely transplant the fans onto, I just picked up the case early as a local retailer had an open box display model they were selling at a decent price and moved the existing system over to it. Are there any other good fans, other than the NF-F12, for use in a push config on a radiator that anyone would recommend.

If anyone wants/needs to know I7 2700K w/ H100i CLC and a Radeon Fury X, though not sure if it is super relevant to the fans being replaced beyond cooling capacity.

TL;DR I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on any good fans to use in a Push config on a radiator other than NF-F12?

For Noctuas, I would suggest either ordering the Chromax fans from Amazon.com or choosing a different fan. This is because the IPPC fans are not as quiet as the regular NF-F12's. I was in the same situation where I was strongly considering going with IPPC fans because the Chromax NF-F12's were not available in Canada. After learning about the noise difference between the IPPC and regular NF-F12's, I ended up buying the Chromax fans from Amazon.com. The price is reasonable and there are no import fees.

Another great fan to consider would be the Arctic F12. The performance and noise is fairly similar to Noctua while being at a much lower cost. You could also consider waiting for the NF-A12x25 Chromax to release (Noctua stated that they would be out during this summer) but there's no firm release date and there have been delays in the design process. Good luck.

Yeah that was kind of my biggest hold out on the iPPC fans was I wasn't sure what the noise would be like even scaled down on RPM. I found a set of new older Corsair SP120 Quiet PWM fans talking to a friend that works as a compy repair tech in town that he is gonna let me try for a day or two. Plain black with an unlit blue ring should be alright aesthetically, as long as noise and thermals are ok I will probably stick with them. I like that they are PWM unlike the current RGB SP 120s corsair is selling now-a-days, apparently these ones are discontinued though.

By modern standards these aren't particularly quiet or high pressure. I've got six in my case and I can't wait to get rid of them.
