They're not common, but there have been some done in the past, I think by KFA2/Galax. Not sure any of the major players have ever really done a white PCB on high end releases.

Closest you can really get are the white themed backplate, white fan, and white fan shroud like these.

KFA2/Galax/Galaxy is the only brand (yes they are the same company selling the same product under different names) selling their flagship HOF (hall of fame) cards with white PCB. Their cheaper EX White models have white shroud and backplate but black PCB. They do not make AMD cards, so no luck there.

okay thankyou i will look into these 

i think theres a 750ti with a white PCB but im after something with alot more power

Asus made a white version of the Strix 2080/S/Ti cards, but still a black PCB I believe
