Well, that's a fairly new case, but I think Asus may have pushed back the release date of the case. Their official store seems to written 'coming soon': https://store.asus.com/us/item/202003AM280000001/ASUS+ROG+Z11+ITX+Computer+Case+%2C+with+patent-pending+11°+angle+design

 

So far it still is in pre-order, so I don't think the case is released yet. Usually, many manufacturer will release their user manual at the day they began shipping the case.
