Cloning to raid 0?

so im getting 2 1tb samsung evo drives that i will be putting in raid 0 for speed. once i set them up will i be able to clone my D: drive to them and then remove my old hdd D: drive and have all my apps read from the two raid drives?

if you are reading this you are wasting valuable time and should maybe rethink your life choices.
