Ok so i have an outro to my videos were i put a link to a random video, the previous video and a link to subscribe, now i olny put a link to my channel in their but i see people actually linking to subscribe so when you click it it automatically subscribes, how do i do that,

 

 

If you need to look at the outro its at the end of this video, (but i doubt you will need to see it)
