Cool that was quick. This is on multiplayer will check single as haven't played that for a while. But Internet speed is 50 meg fiber optic and have used speed test.net to check and that seams fine. This seams to get worse as the game goes on and doesn't change when changing graphic details

Perhaps check task manager and see what your CPU usage is, there maybe a program or even a virus that is taking all of your resources. Also, does this happen in any other game? If it doesn't, then I would assume it's either a driver issue or a game issue, in which case make sure you are using the latest Nvidia drivers and try to re install BF3.

It's probably server side lag/ping, try to find a server with low ping.

You mean lagging or fps drops? Lag is usually server side and can't be helped. Fps drops can be from several reasons. Hard drive write/read speed, high temps on gpu. If you run your pc 24/7, try to boot it before game. It helps for me.

You can try this as well. It will diagnose your internet connection. Just because you're getting the advertised internet speed doesn't not mean you are not dropping packets or having a lot of jitter on your connection.

Just an update just tried over clocking my CPU to 4g and turned off boost and ran afterburner and found fps don't drop below 110 but do notice ping average is 20 but jumps up to 800-1000 then back. Hummm

There's something big using your connection when it peaks :D Thats really big jump though.
