Hello Guys

So I got a smal problem on my hands and I hope you can help out. I got a RTX 2070 Super.

Because of rapid fps changes and possible lags, when watching a high definition stream on the second monitor, while playing less demanding games, I set multiple titles to "prefer maximum performance" in the Nvidia panel. This worked until now... I however noticed, that with this setting, the GPU is now stuck at 1605 MHz (base clock), but the memory applies the OC. Maybe I forgot a setting to allow it to boost or what could be the cause of that?

I tested it in other titles with "optimal power" settings. I managed to reach 2050 MHz + without problems in these demaning titles and unity valley. It seems to boost with these setting with no problems. I have the Ryzen Balanced power plan active right now, max performance powerplant doesn't change anything.

I can exclude the following.

-No it's not a PSU problem, got a high quality seasonic unit with more than enough power.

-Temps are at 45-50°C at base clock, max 70-75°C at about 2100 Mhz . So no the temps aren't the problem.

-I already did a safemode DDU clean reinstall of drivers. I will however attempt it again.

-Mainboard is probably overkill and should be able to handle OC...

-OC is stable

Thanks for the help.
