My experience with Acer

I have had quite a negative experience with Acer support and their products. I had a nice 1440p acer monitor that a year and a half got burn in, (i never left my monitors displaying the same thing for hours) a acer nitro 5 laptop with a dead wifi card and the thing that i have had the most problems with my x34p. i have sent this monitor in for repair 3 times, the first time was for dead pixels, the second was for scan lines and it was them sent back to me with 2 stuck pixels and half the screen flickering, and them i sent that one back and got it back with the flickering fixed but not the stuck pixels, because it falls in to their pixel policy even though they where the ones that gave me the stuck pixles. I can't recommend acer their products they have a really bad QC and a useless repair team

i also have bad experience with acer multiple times, mainly their monitor

as im speaking right now, i have one monitor in RMA with them

waiting for them to ship me a new unit, hopefully issue free

Which service provided did you ship to? OEMs work through outsourcing such task. Chances are you are dealing with an incompetent local service centre, email Acer support directly and explain the situation. You have a decent chance of unit replacement.
