Solution for Rashkovsky glitch in GTA!

This is a pretty popular glitch,the last heist where we have to rescue Rashkovsky from prison. He's probably spawning underground. Can you guys please tell me how you got this glitch fixed?

I had GTA for over a year now but only played for 50h. Now that my friends have it, I installed it on my 450gig hdd (gta is almost 90 gigs). Now because of this single glitch me and my friends cant progress further. I should mention that the first time we played the heist ,there wasnt any glitches and my friend was the host.

Only solutions are , restart the mission , have somebody else be the guard or prisoner , and make sure to not kuruma the prison or have the helo covering you , just play it normally.

Just gotta beat the glitch by the numbers. Hes actually just invisible , if he spawned underground in that spot he would fall
