Twitch Bug

Hi!!!
So a friend is having a problem in wich he starts a livestream on his twitch channel and his channel just disappears from our followed channels, also showing that he is offline. Just for record his twitch is dudubarrichello91 (He has just reached 4k followers a couple days ago), also his Instagram has more than 85k followers, do you think if he puts a stories about the problem, tagging twitch, they would reply to him. We have tried to reach them several times before.

If any of you have any clue what it can be please let us know.

If you know someone inside Twitch that could help us we would also be very glad to know him/her.
