Tell us more, what about the CCTV's, are they network-based, USB, FireWire? Budget is very low, I'm aware Armenia isn't exactly wealthy but this really is too little for your requirements. Adjust one or the other, if you can.

As it is, see if you can obtain an old(er) Dell, IBM or HP workstation, Core i5 at least, minimum 8GB RAM. This should at least allow you to start testing things, probably not 20 CCTV's though..

Thanks for respond.
well i'm going to connect IPCameras and some standard CCTV's with NVR+2or more DVR's.

the budged could be more than expected i mean somewhere like 350$.

( do i need external GPU adapter ? or it can be done with integrated graphics? )

What bitrate is the video from your CCTV cameras? Are they all the same?

How many IP cameras compared to your NVRs? As far as I'm aware most of the heavy lifting is done in the IP camera itself or the NVR. If you simply need a "viewer" to view all the feeds, I'm assuming you have some sort of software solution to get all the different cameras tied together already?

At my work we have 1 NVR solution and for all who need access to security cameras, I power them with Intel Compute sticks and plug them directly into the TV/Display.
