Hey guys, I’m building finally. Is 3700x with 1660 super oc a gud pair? Main use coding and video editing. Gaming just for casual as long as it produce 60 FPS and smooth experience. 120 FPS for FPS games ven I upgrade my monitor. Wat is a gud pair, should I go 2060?

if its possible, wait a little while. new generation of cpus(ryzen 4000) and gpus(rtx 3000, big navi) are coming out soon by september, pretty sure you can get better components for the same or lesser price.

😕

What's wrong with that PSU? I mean it's priced slightly high for what it is, but that's just life right now.

asus b450 boards have pretty bad vrms that can barely run a 3600. it would struggle with the 3700x.

the b550 boards have improved vrms and support pcie4 and next gen (4000 series) ryzen.

as for the other components, the kingston a400 is the slowest ssd on the market

the ram was overpriced and the psu quite bad for a mid-high range build
