Seagate 5000dm000 + Optane 16GB m10

Heres my question / deleimma I need help with

 

I have a hp prebuilt with only one m.2 slot

 

Should I use a 2.5" ssd for boot + the 16GB optane m10 and a seagate 5000dm000 for secondary which is only a 5900rpm drive

 

The same setup ad mentioned only replacing with a 1 or 2 Tb HDD that is 7200RPM

 

Or should I get rid of the optane use a 256 - 512gb nvme and just a HDD with no optane for storage?
