Small gpu upgrade

Budget (including currency): about 200€

Country: estonia, eesti, viljandi

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: just a lot of games and general game development

Other details i currently have a 1050ti and wish to have a small upgrade as i got a small cash gift. So far i boiled down to either a gtx 1660 (no ti) for ~210€ or a rx 580 8G for ~195€.

Was wondering since I'm restricted as to where i can buy since places like amazon are insane with shipping, i have to use websites like arvutitark.ee or 1a.ee if this was an ok offer and which one i should get, i am open to even better options if they are not too expensive or even cheaper.

The rest of my pc has a i5-8600, rog strix G360-B motherboard, 24gb ram, ssd 256gm with a 1tb hard disk and a 650w psu and my current 1050ti.
