Mining Primecoin, solo or pool?

Primecoin is definitely...an interesting coin, to say the least. A lot of things are different. Oh, and you can only mine it using your CPU. Anyways, I know for other coins it's always best to pool mine, but I dunno about Primecoin. Do you think it's best to solo mine or pool mine XPM?

As a side note, apparently my chains per day (like kilo hashes per second in LTC mining) is 1.603 (more or less), which gives me around 9 XPM every day, which is about $11 a day when converted from XPM to BTC using BTC-e.

I dunno how accurate these numbers are since I've just begun to mine it, but I have no idea if these numbers are from solo mining or pool mining XPM.

I personally say with mining, always go with a pool, Its a more steady income than with solo. If you really aren't sure, you can always try mining solo for about a week and then compare it to mining in a pool for a week.
