Windows Freezing

coneil3822

Hello, yesterday i switched motherboards from a B450 to a X570. Everything was fine. I gamed for a couple hours then left for 10-15 mins with the PC still running. I came back and everything was frozen but my mouse still moves. Yesterday my CPU pins bent but i manged to bend them back and the CPU was still working fine. Could this be causing this?

The general consensus is to reinstall windows whenever swapping motherboards.

Oh ok I was not aware i will do. So me bending my pins back would not have caused this?

Possible but unlikely. You have a mess of chipset drivers currently so that is the prime suspect. Reinstall the OS and install the latest X570 driver from AMDs website.
