Problem with PC startup

When I boot my PC sometimes the screen just go black no Windows Loading Screen, No Gigabyte Logo. But when I put the RAM sticks out and put them back it just fix the problem. I wanna know how to fix this by not putting the RAM sticks and back? And also can help tell me whats the problem.

i might try but after i put the ram sticks back there's a msg that tell me "BIOS has been resetted"

safest is take the motherboards battery out and put it back in should be easy check a youtube video
