Gaming projector recommendations pls.

I plan to use my projector for a 3rd monitor for my pc and play games on it. It would be in a 11 by 10 foot room by 6 foot tall. I want to put it on a shelf 9 feet from the wall I would like it to have a zoom feature to take away moving the projector. I think it could fit a 100 inch screen to the wall 6 foot tall by 8 foot wide if my math is correct. I want a good color contrast at 1080p but I don't know what contributes to that. Relative low latency, and the room has no windows and low light pollution. I also want to keep it around 600 dollars US. Please and thank you.
