keyboard Keyboard EM Dash isn't working

Hey, was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what shortcut or settings I may have accidentally changed, because as of now my dash key only shows a minus sign instead of a normal dash, There aren't any articles on this issue, at least not that I could find, I've tried doing it all, changing input language, reinstalling drivers, restarting device. But I just really need help to getting this key back, all other symbols are working fine.
