Chrome being annoying again >:

Andrew48

So whenever I make chrome's window max to fill the screen(not full screen mode) the taskbar, the start button and the left-right windows 8 things dont appear. Its like its on full screen (f11) but Its not. The only way to access them it to re size the window. Does anyone know why this happens? what can I do to fix it? any help will be appreciated!
Thanks!

I would start by checking the task bar's properties (Right click on the task bar -> properties) and ensure that it's set to "Always be on top". Also ensure that "Auto-Hide" isn't enabled.
