For that old parts, not really worth it to go buy a new PSU.

Top motherboard has the wrong socket for your cpu so definitely not. The second one is covered by the cooler but it's almost certainly not compatible.

 

The second one probably has a cpu on it so maybe you can use that with your gpu but the performance is probably going to be terrible.

It's pretty hard/impossible to see what model those motherboards are tbh.  A clearer/higher resolution/in-focus image would help a lot if you can't find the model numbers anywhere.
