BIOS Update Help

Hey Everyone, I am running a very old motherboard on which i want to update my bios on, there are 6 updates available on the official website, how should i update and should i install all the updates one by one , or should i install the latest one only ? This is the website... I am on the F4 update right now, how should i update ?
