Hello , my name is eddy , im from malaysia , i have some problem with my gpu , i just bought it secondhand ,, and the seller did not give any warranty so its on me now, palit gtx750ti 2gb dual storm oc , after installing my gpu fan not spinning , so i guest it will spin on certain temp , so i stress test it with msi combustion ,my temp reach 80c still not spinning, and i already set fan curved in afterburner to 100% ,and update my driver still the same , and i open it up clean it , make sure the connector in , change thermal paste , can someone please help me, my spec are

Well, one thing that can be tried, is to make sure the video cable is secure. If it is, that's pretty classic VRAM issues. You might be able to patch it over by underclocking the memory, try setting a -100 MHz value into MSI, and see if it clears up. Unfortunately, you might have a dud GPU.
