My computer isn't performing well.

About 6 months ago I had assembled a computer with the following parts-

ryzen 5 3600x

B450 tomahawk max

rx 5700 xt

16 gb ddr4 3600mhz ram

960 gb adata ssd

650 watt 80+ gold cooler master power supply

 

Around 5 days ago I started to have terrible frame drop in games and crashes in others. I have tried every trouble shooting step with my hardware and it all seems to perform below how it should. The only problem I can see is with the motherboard, when I boot the system the cpu light then vga light show but the system still posts and the lights go away. Could this be a motherboard issue or something with my other hardware?

the gpu and cpu rarely go over 80 degrees.
