Window auto adjust

Hi so I often have to click on my second monitor to assess windows like discord. However if I am in the middle of playing a Full screen game for whatever reason windows moves moves all my windows like discord to my primary monitor. Is there anyway to prevent windows moving my applications when I tab out of my game.

 

Thank you for any help this is really annoying me.

In my experience the only thing that happens when I click off of my game is the game sound goes off, and I lose game control. Perhaps you need to adjust which monitor the pc thinks is the primary 1. 

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

 

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.
