What jobs can I get with an A+ certification? Does age matter much? (Currently 18, I know some places would rather swe 21)

Going for my certification in the Spring.

If you live in the U.S. you could get a job in a local repair shop or even places like Best Buy and Microcenter

There are no Best Buys or Microcenters near me >.<

They're all like, a 45 minute drive away.
