Upgrade the CPU (get the 8320, not the 8350)

And grab 1 GPU.

No your PSU wouldn't be enough, you need 750 area for 2 GPU's

Case: Lian Li PC011-D - CPU: 3900x - GPU: 2080ti Reference - Mobo: Gigabyte - Ram: Corsair 4x16gb 3200MHz - SSD: 2TB Samsung Evo NVME

1: the psu isnt enough

2; why crossfire 2 midrange cards? get a single highend card then crossfire that

3: if u r comfortable with OC then get an 8320, if not 8350

3:Current setup?

I OC'd the card so selling isn't that easy because i would have to be honest about it.

I can alwasys try to OC :) I have a good cooler so temperature wouldn't be a problem but i worry about my motherboard.. It isn't the best!

My current rig is in my signature but i'll post it again

Well i mostly play tripple A titles so Battlefield Far Cry yada yada yada and i get around 30 - 40 fps on max. settings. I have another monitor hooked up and that decreses my frame rate.
