AMD and Memory frquency

First of all sorry for being a noob (fist time with AMD), but ai can't make the memory work at it full capacity (G. Skill 2*16g 3600 cl 16 and Rog Strix x570 E). I have docp enable and the sticks are on the 2º and 4º port and yet al the info i get (R.Masters, cpu z) is that the memory is runing at 1800mhz.

It is running correctly.
Long story short, DDR stands for double data rate so Ryzen Master and other programs will show half the speed.

Which tab are you looking at in CPU-Z? Memory or SPD?

If Memory and it shows 1800 Mhz or very close to, then this means they are running at 3600 Mhz as its DDR (Double Data Rate)

In short, the memory is running at the correct speed if CPU-Z says it's at 1800Mhz.

In a bit more info:

Your memory runs at 1800Mhz, which is (millions) of ticks per second. Per tick it can do two transfers (which is why it is called DDR = Double Data Rate), so it is running at 3600MT/s (millions of transfers per second). Manufacturers of memory/motherboards call this 'MT/s' unit 'Mhz', thus the memory is advertised as 3600Mhz.

CPU-Z reads it out the right way, thus 1800Mhz.
