Is my liquid temps normal?

Hello this is my first high budget, for my country, system and I'm pretty curious if my temps are right or not.

Cooler: Corsair H115i RGB PRO XT (280mm)

Ambient Temp of the Room: 30-31C

When on Load (Cinebench): https://prnt.sc/th2sm4

On Idle: https://prnt.sc/th2t3k

Can you list them?

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

Thank you very much, I am just baffled that water temps don't go high at all. I'm using water cooling for the first time

yeah over time it will heat up,  but not nearly as hot as the components that its cooling. It's all about thermal dynamics or some thing like that.
