PC not working please help!

I'm having problems with my PC. I was using it one day when it crashed, and now it doesn't even post to the BIOS when I power it on.

What happens when I try boot it:
The rgb lighting on the motherboard and ram both light up.
All the case fans spin.
Cpu fan spins.
Unsure if Power supply and gpu fans spin because they both have a 0% fan speed mode at low power/temperature.
The Monitor doesn't turn on, but I know it works perfectly with my laptop now so it can't be the problem.
The case fans start low and then speed up for a two second period, then go back to low speed, and this happens every ten seconds or so, as if it is trying to boot but can't.

What I have tried so far, but hasn’t worked:
(Please don’t judge if some of these are laughable)
Made sure all the cables are connected correctly.
I've tried switching the ram sticks and using only 1 ram stick in different slots.
Tried a CMOS reset (without removing the battery, as it is behind a heatsink on the motherboard I have).
Using a different drive.

This seems quite unusual as I went from a fully working PC to one that didn't work at all in the blink of an eye, so I hope it is an easy fix :).

so i think because youre saying the monitor doesnt turn on, it means that there is no video signal.  did you reseat the gpu? could be an issue of another part but you didnt say anything about testing gpu

Try using the PSU Tier List!

How to reset the bios/clear the cmos

My current rig:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Ram: 1x16gb DDR4, 2x8gb DDR4

Storage: 1tb nvme ssd

GPU: gtx 3080

Monitor: 23.8" Dell S2417DG 144hz g-sync 1440p + 27" Acer S271HL 60 Hz 1080p

Keyboard: ducky one I | I SF

Mouse: gpro wireless | glorious model o2 wireless

Sound : beyerdynamic 1990 pro | Monoprice liquid spark (amp) + topping d10 (dac)

If checking the seat of the GPU doesn't help, and if you have a CPU with integrated graphics, try removing the GPU and connect the monitor to the backpanel of the mainboard. If that works, you're GPU is fried.

What exactly caused the crash? What were you doing at that moment? It doesn't seem likely to be a coincidence that right after the crash this happened.

PS: if you don't know if you integrated graphics, list your specs :)

Don't worry, that's what we would have done first too, they're very good troubleshooting steps.

I think something simple like watching youtube.

About 2 months ago my silicon power M.2 ssd died, but I know the M.2 slot works as I got it working again with a new ssd. Dont know if that information has anything to do with the current problem, but who knows could be handy.

I tried reseating it just now and no change. But, it behaves the same wether the gpu is seated or not. Could this mean its likely to be a gpu problem?

Ryzen  5 3600, so no integrated graphics unfortunately.

Again, I think I was watching youtube/browsing the web when it happened.

I didn't know mobos had buzzers?! There seems to be like a short buzz before fans turn on, but idk if that is something else because I am unfamiliar with the concept.
