If a non-admin user account is created properly it should not be able to view files belonging to other users and will not be able to grant itself access.  Have you double-checked your account creation to make sure you didn't give it any extra permissions?

How can i edit the permission,?

In Windows, you can set file/folder/drive permission s simply by right-clicking on a file/folder/drive > Properties. A panel will open, go to Security tab. Here you can add/remove users and set permission s

I dont know this computer is weird, after i remove the permission for the users i still by my self can't open the folder,it say "access denied" (and yes the owner of the user have all permission)

i dont know why is that happening in my pc it work when i tried it
