My CPU temperature is idling at 45-60°C. Why?

I have a Lenovo laptop (I don't remember the model, it's just a standard one) and I've been using it for about a year and a half now. I've never actually checked my temps as I thought it was fine if it overheated but I was wrong.

Only a while ago I started to notice bad drops in frames on all games, sometimes while just running chrome. It's not the greatest, but I definitely think it should perform better for it's price. (I think it costed $300-$400)

While running cs:go at 50fps all low settings, the temperature sits at about 70-80°C. I have not done anything to it since the day I bought it (didn't even clean it) as I don't know what's what and I'm too scared to break it accidentally.

Specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @1.60GHz - 3.40GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 6.00GB (5.88GB usable)

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon(TM) 530 (Discrete/Hybrid) GDDR5

Would appreciate any help.

These temps are absolutely fine. Better than a fair amount of desktops. Nothing to worry about.

Oh, and as for the idle, that's normal for a laptop, especially if the fans are off while it's idling :)
