Are there any programs that are out there that allow ping with a better user interface than cmd? Got some IP addresses i need to keep an eye on (About if they go down) and im curious if theres a better program than watching command prompt constantly say reply.

Not sure if that makes any sense. Just curious

If you want notifications (email, telegram, slack, SMS, etc), then a monitoring program is the best thing. Zabbix, OpenNMS, PRTG, for example.

If you don't want to set up a server and really just want a program on your computer, then I don't have any suggestions beyond searching for something like "Desktop ping monitor". Frankly this was the type of thing that I loved the Vista Sidebar applications for, I even used them through Windows 8.1

There are websites that will check if something is up for you - search "website ping monitor" maybe?
