Thief performance and other misc issues fix

So.......I'm really enjoying Thief but I've been plagued with suttering/freezing issues during gameplay and other little things like the health/focus bar not completely dissapearing when set to "timed fade".

The fix for the stutter issue worked for me and the ini file edits to fix the health/focus bar also worked. Hope this helps someone else!

I haven't had this kind of problems so far. Once when I saved when people were mid conversation and loaded up that save those characters froze and I couldn't go that way only if I loaded up a different save. And once I climbed on top of some shelves (or whatnot) and I moved to a spot where I got stuck. I couldn't move, I couldn't swoop, I couldn't dodge, I couldn't "fight" my way out, so I had to load up the last checkpoint. But these are just minor annoyances, I really like the game. I don't think that the characters and story are boring (which is one of the main criticism that the game got).
