Is the Corsair H100I RGB Platinum loud?

So i wanna buy the Corsair H100I RGB Platinum but i have heard some opinion of it that it's pretty loud when its at 1500-1600 rpm.For any of you that do have this cooler how loud does it get? and does it bother you? Is it a lot louder than NZXT Krakens?

The fans with the H100i RGB Platinum are the ML series fans, they are one of the best in terms of performance and noise. The older H100i came with SP fans and those were jet engines.聽
