MSI Mystic Light overriding Corsair iCue?

For some reason, the MSI Dragon Center/Mystic Light (I have the latest version) is overriding my lighting settings for the Corsair MM800 mouse pad. I notice in Dragon Center there's a setting that says "Mystic Light will overwrite third party RGB software after system restart". I have this disabled, and it's not affecting my other iCue stuff, like the keyboard, RAM, and fans, but for some reason it does affect the mouse pad. Any ideas what's going on?
