Cpu usage spikes when playing games

Hey there,

 

I have a problem with my AMD CPU (Ryzen 3700x). My games stutter a lot for some reason and i recently found out that my CPU usage spikes heavily in any game i play (It only appears in games). Is there a way i can fix this?

My temps are alright, my graphic card doesn't exceed 72 C and my CPU doesn't exceed 70 C i got the latest chipset drivers and graphics drivers. I also havent done any overclocking.

is it all games? or just a particular game that causes it?

Its in literally every game, even in games which dont use alot graphics power, like osu
